The easiest method is to post the pics online somewhere and write down the url.

when you create a post, you will see some icon above the text box, one of these icons is a little grey square with a picture in it,clcik it an you will see "[img,][,/img]" appear in the text box

paste the url for your picture between the brackets.
example:

[img.]http://**********.com[./img]
